Use of the site

The site at x-arc.ai is an informational surface for X-ARC, an applied AI research lab operated by Anas Moujahid (3ED FZ-LLC, Dubai, UAE). Visiting the site, reading the published material, or contacting us through the form indicates that you accept these terms.

The site is provided as is. We make no commitment that it will be available without interruption or that any particular article or release will remain in its current form.

Site content

All writing, design, illustrations, brand marks, and original visual material on x-arc.ai are the lab's. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link back. Republishing whole articles, building derivative landing pages on top of the lab's design, or using the marks (the X-ARC wordmark, brand colours, or any release name) to imply affiliation requires written permission.

Open-source releases

The releases the lab publishes as open source (notably CCX and Lens) are governed by the license file in their respective repositories, not by these terms. The release pages on this site describe those projects but do not grant additional rights to them. To use them, read the repository licence.

Contact form

Submitting the contact form sends a message to the lab. It does not create any commercial relationship, project agreement, or obligation on our side. We respond when we can, in the order things arrive, and reserve the right not to respond.

No warranty

Everything on the site is published for informational purposes. The articles describe internal work; the numbers reported are operational snapshots, not commitments. Nothing on the site constitutes professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. Decisions you make based on what you read here are yours.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the lab is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes

We update these terms when the site or its operations change. The current version always shows the date of the last update at the top. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, applicable to the emirate of Dubai. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by correspondence is subject to the courts of Dubai.
