A personal AI PA for every broker at a scaling brokerage.
Problem
A brokerage in the hundreds of brokers runs on selling hours, and the hours leak into everything that is not selling. CRM records go stale between viewings, scheduling threads run longer than the meetings they arrange, and listing documents live behind desktop logins. Every broker carries the same overhead, so the overhead scales with headcount. Tooling built as one more dashboard asks the broker to change how they work, which is why it does not get used.
First principles
The unit of the business is the broker, not the pipeline, so the fix has to attach to the broker rather than the org chart. Each broker gets a personal AI PA in a native mobile app, and identity is the phone number they already work from: the number keys the PA into the CRM's view of that broker's book, which makes onboarding a QR scan rather than an IT rollout. The PA reads and writes Salesforce and Google Workspace as tools, drafts the actual work product rather than reminding the broker to produce it, and every irreversible action passes an in-app human approval before it fires.
Governance lives in a control plane above the fleet: per-broker permissions, visibility, and an audit trail, with inference running on the client's own AI account.
The system
The v1 covers the broker's operating loop end to end. Salesforce records, notes, and pipeline stay current from the conversation itself; Calendar, Gmail, Drive, and Docs are read and written in place; and drafting produces sendable artifacts, from follow-ups to a company broadcast. The approval gate is structural rather than advisory: the PA proposes, the broker confirms, and only then does the action execute.
Observation
The pattern generalizes past real estate. Wherever the unit of production is a person with a book of work, a personal agent keyed to an identity the person already carries beats a shared dashboard, because adoption is the binding constraint, and the strongest predictor of adoption is that nothing about how the person works has to change.
